User profiles, user groups, activity streams, threaded discussion forums, commenting, file sharing and other tools can be used to keep your team informed.
Messaging/Ticketing/Notification
Public/private messaging, support ticketing and automatic notification tools are available as an option to facilitate communication.
Project Planning and Activity Tracking
Agile project management tools are provided to help authorized users organize and share important project parameters in a structured, repeatable manner. Document Management
Document management tools are available within your ProjexTeam™ platform for community-wide and/or group-specific document distribution and control. Team members can upload documents in many common formats. Version control, access controls and commenting tools are available.
Learning Management
Our technology platform also includes an option to include a built-in, easy-to-use Learning Management System (LMS) to support onboarding, knowledge transfer and change management initiatives.
Events Management
Event management tools are included to publicize important team events. Daily, weekly and monthly (calendar and list) views are available.
