Platform Extensions

All editions of our ProjexTeam™ platform are brandable and extensible. We offer, maintain, install and support a wide range of low cost, open source, curated software extensions (plugins/add-ons) to help you achieve your sales and marketing objectives.

ProjexIMC maintains a large library of up-to-date, fully supported software extensions for our B2B e-business platform. All extensions authored by others (third-party extensions) are tested regularly for code quality and compatibility with our base platform. We also develop our own ec-ommerce extensions to solve common or customer-specific requirements that are not otherwise available.

This level of modularity allows significant flexibility for client’s interested in extending the capabilities of their website over time, and our internal quality assurance procedures help minimize exposure to time-wasting compatibility and security issues. Waitlist

Waitlist is a tool that can be used to notify customers by email when out-of-stock products become available.

Follow-Ups

The Follow-Ups extension can be configured to automatically send personalized email messages to a select list of webstore customers after purchase. These emails can be scheduled for distribution and may be triggered by various events or conditions (quote requests, new orders, days since last order, etc.), providing an efficient means of keeping your organization and your products top-of-mind among customers and prospective customers within your target market(s).

Email Customizer

Email Customizer extends the branding and configuration capabilities of our platform, allowing system administrators to visually modify transactional email templates.

Points and Rewards

This extension allows you to reward loyal customers for purchases (and other actions) with redeemable points and discounts.

Product Add-Ons

This extension provides an interface for adding options to a standard product (e.g. custom packaging/bundling).

Frequently Bought Together

This tool serves as a “recommendation engine,” suggesting predefined cross sale and upsell products to users as they add items to an order, adding revenue and increasing overall order values.

PDF Invoices

This software extension automatically creates and attaches a fully customizable PDF invoice to completed order emails. These invoices can be used as proforma invoices (for situations where a final invoice will be issued through your ERP or accounting system) or as final invoices for electronic, webstore-based transactions.

Print Orders

This extension allows shop owners/administrators to print a list of webstore orders by date or date range. Standard order fields are included in the list by default, but custom fields can also be included – either through configuration settings or template modification. The software extension can also print a warehouse “pick list,” summarizing and grouping all products and quantities required to fulfill the order(s) received.
