The Think More — React Less website delivers a full-featured online training experience for personal and professional development. Prospective customers begin with a free assessment to identify areas for improvement. Results are sent by email, providing a benchmark for future comparison. Access to training courses is provided through a subscription-based ecommerce solution. Free trial, monthly (pay-as-you-go) and annual purchase options are available.
Courseware includes a series of video-based training modules delivered through the site’s learning management system. Automatically graded quizzes are available to gauge retention of materials covered. Pass/fail and prerequisite thresholds can be set by instructors for each lesson. The entire trainer/trainee relationship is managed through the site’s administrative console, which integrates webstore management, learner management and site management functions.
