The TCI Sales Portal is a collaborative tool used by TCI, Inc. and its internal/external sales team members to coordinate sales activities. The portal, which is managed by Projex IMC and members of TCI’s marketing team, provides access to a wide range of tools and resources used by sales representatives to promote the organization’s product lines. External sales representatives log in to discuss competitive sales situations, access marketing materials, order hard copy sales collateral, download commission reports and more.
The internal sales and marketing teams at TCI use the portal to communicate quickly and efficiently with their external sales partners. An events calendar is used to publicize important trade shows and other industry events of interest to their sales community. A document library is provided to ensure that sales team members have access to the latest product literature, commercial documents, case studies, technical papers and presentations. A media library is maintained to ensure that high resolution logos and other images developed by the company are available for co-marketing initiatives.
Training materials, calculators, product specifiers, cross-reference tables and other tools are also available within the Sales Portal to help TCI onboard new sales representatives quickly and efficiently.
