Print Order List

This software extension allows shop owners/administrators to print a list of webstore orders by date or date range. Standard order fields are included in the list by default, but custom fields can also be included – either through configuration settings or template modification. The software extension can also print a warehouse “pick list,” summarizing and grouping all products and quantities required to fulfill the order(s) received.

Barcode Generator

This extension generates barcodes (ZATCA, QR-codes, C128, EAN-13 and more!) that can be attached to products, orders, invoices and packing slips.

Product Batch Numbers

Batch tracking is an important quality control measure used by many manufacturers to connect products sold to specific production runs (e.g. batches or lots). This capability can be used to manage production defects (making it easier to notify customers who have purchased items from the defective batch), or to identify inventory by date of manufacture, expiration date and other criteria. Simple products and variable products are supported.

When used to track products with expiration dates (i.e. perishables), the tool can be configured to display expired inventory in red, and disable remaining items within that batch from displaying in your product catalog.

When the expiration date ends the color changes to red to alert you from selling dated products on your store.

Proforma Invoices & Packing Slips

Industrial customers often require packing slips for product shipments and/or proforma invoices supplied in a printable format at the time of order to support their buying process. Manufacturers may also wish to include electronic documentation (user guides, quick start guides, assembly information, etc.) with each order to reduce printing costs and the associated costs of including hard copy documents during the packaging process. This is particularly true for products sold as a “green” alternative to competor offerings.

The Proforma Invoices & Packing Slips extension supports all of the above, by including electronic (PDF) documents with order acknowledgements sent to online buyers. Document titles for invoices and packing slips are configurable to suit each manufacturer’s requirements, and up to three (3) static PDF files can be included with each acknowledgement email.

Copies of all generated documents are available to webstore administrators, and may be resent, on demand, through the webstore’s administrative interface. These archived documents can be stored locally in your web hosting environment, or they can be automatically uploaded to a DropBox account, if available. Templates for invoices and packing slips can be customized using a simple, drag-and-drop interface.

Quotes and Proposals

This software extension can be used internally to generate a PDF proposal (RFP response) for products with a quote/proposal end-point in your product catalog. It can also be configured to enable webstore users to generate their own quotes, subject to factory approval.

An administrative interface is provided to generate quotes internally, or to make adjustments to customer generated quote requests. An expiration date can also be established.

Quotes are emailed to the requestor, and are also available to logged in customers through their “My Account” screen in the webstore. Customers can accept or decline proposals from either location. Accepted quotes are automatically converted to orders.

Product Serial Numbers

Serial numbers (or part numbers) are often used by manufacturers to connect standard webstore products to products defined in an ERP system. This software extension provides a custom field for this purpose. Additional fields are also available, allowing a manufacturer to include supplier information for white label or pass-through products (supplier name, order date, warranty information, warehouse/shelf locations, etc.).
