Integrated Digital Sales Room

A Digital Sales Room is a centralized location for instant access and rapid, real-time resolution of obstacles that might otherwise slow down or stall your selling process. Our Digital Sales Room technology combines a fully branded microsite (digital workspace) and a virtual private office where inside sales reps, outside sales staff and prospective buyers can meet, communicate and collaborate in real time to address questions, resolve issues and negotiate deals.

Interactive sales tools (presence, audio/video streaming, impromptu meeting capabilities, chat), timely content (technical data, sales proposals, commercial documents, sales collateral, etc.) and ecommerce capabilities are combined to provide everything your sales team needs to advance the sales cycle.

Projex IMC helped pioneer the use of Digital Sales Rooms for industrial markets in 2014 when we formed a strategic partnership with Sococo, LLC and their unique virtual office technology. This experience enabled us to develop a deep understanding of how to combine traditional industrial sales and ecommerce best practices with digital sales/marketing tools and techniques. The result is a comprehensive approach to “hybrid” (face-to-face and digital) selling methods.

Digital Workspace

Your Digital Sales Room can be configured as a standalone (private) sales portal … as a publicly accessible section of your website/webstore … as a native (iOS/Android) app … or all of the above … helping you deliver superior, web-based customer service and support across any modern device.
