Technical Support

Ongoing maintenance of your platform’s underlying software is critical for security and performance. Projex IMC’s experienced technical support team can perform software updates, back up and restore data, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with future releases of your website’s content management system software, design theme and extensions.

Server-level (web hosting) support is typically included in your web hosting plan. Application-level (e.g. WordPress/WooCommerce, software extension) support services are available to suit your requirements. Projex IMC can provide technical support on an as needed (à la carte) basis, or as part of a website maintenance service agreement included with your hosting plan. Packaged service agreements are recommended, because they allow our support team to perform critical security updates more quickly, and they provide a more predictable cost structure for clients over time. Unused hours in a monthly service agreement can be rolled over indefinitely (with a continuously active hosting plan).
