CRM Support

Included Support

Projex IMC offers ongoing Pipedrive CRM support to our customers on an as needed basis after the initial launch and training is complete. This includes sales team and sales management support for the initial configuration of Pipedrive.

Sales team support: On demand questions from the sales team regarding the platform and typical usage situations. The majority of sales team support ranges from deal specific questions to guidance on using certain features or setting up some automated tasks/activities. Examples of sales team support situations:

  • Specific questions on features
  • Deal specific questions
  • Assisting in email/calendar sync
  • Adding specific fields
  • Training for new hires as a part of the onboarding process

Sales management support: Managing the pipeline with your current opportunities and projected goals, by increasing your HIT rate.

  • Training from a management perspective
  • How to build custom reports using insights
  • Managing the settings and the backend of the application
  • Adding/deleting users and setting permissions

Custom Projects & Support

Custom integrations: Pipedrive is fully customizable and has an open API, therefore many of our customers choose to add specific functionality after the initial implementation. Many times, after the using the application for a period of time it becomes apparent that there is a need for more integration and/or customization beyond the initial scope. Some examples of this would include:

  • Adding a new pipeline and/or profit center
  • Importing data from an outside source
  • Custom features that are specific to your business goals – for example, custom fields or additions that add to your sales objectives
  • Single sign on integration
  • Integration with a sales and marketing platform and/or extranet

Custom support: Projex IMC support agreements are available on a la carte and/or hourly basis, depending on the type of support or project requested. Support agreement packages are also available, which can be customized based on how many hours per month you will need to run your sales team effectively.
